I honestly didn’t know what I needed. I just knew I wanted carpet. Joseph was professional in his approach. He asked to come view the room, measure the room and then gave me a very good estimate. Understand I didn’t even have any carpet or padding but Joseph was so flexible and willing to help he just said call when I was ready. Not sure he would do it every time but on a Saturday morning he knocked out the room in about 2 hours. It looks great. I’d use him again and I would certainly recommend him. The site and reviews caught my attention so i called. Joeseph picked up and came out for a quote the next day. Joeseph handled every step professionally and answered any questions and concerns i had. Once Joseph started on floors you could tell he has pride and experience in what he was doing. I was very satisfied with the workmanship of my new floors.
