I honestly didn’t know what I needed. I just knew I wanted carpet. Joseph was professional in his approach. He asked to come view the room, measure the room and then gave me a very good estimate. Understand I didn’t even have any carpet or padding but Joseph was so flexible and willing to help he just said call when I was ready. Not sure he would do it every time but on a Saturday morning he knocked out the room in about 2 hours. It looks great. I’d use him again and I would certainly recommend him. Joseph did a beautiful job on my tile floors. He was always on time. When he finished the job, I couldn't tell they were even in my home working. Great cleanup when the job was done. Very fair pricing. I highly recommend Franz flooring!!!
